Swiss Curry?

The sandwich kiosk near the train depot is a traditional Swiss staple food. Meat is slow roasted on a spit for hours, then cut to order for you.  They then top it with your choice of sauce.

I chose Curry since Indian food is my favorite. I must remind myself next time that I’ve already attempted Swiss Indian food. It’s definitely interesting. But then, what I think of as Indian is probably American-Curry.
